Birgitte Lundblad

Birgitte Lundblad is an experienced professional in the fields of data protection, administrative law, and public policy. Currently serving as a Databeskyttelsesrådgiver at FOA since February 2022, Birgitte previously held the position of Kontorchef at Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen, focusing on personal data compliance within the Skatteministeriet, and at the Ministry for Housing, Urban Development, and Rural Affairs, managing housing and building policies. Additional roles include serving as a Manuduktør in administrative law at the University of Copenhagen and positions at Ankestyrelsen, Erhvervsstyrelsen, and the Folketing, demonstrating a strong background in legislative processes, public administration, and higher education. Birgitte holds a Master of Laws in EU Law from King's College, University of London, and a cand.jur. et LL.M. from the University of Copenhagen.
