Kristi Neeley

Kristi Neeley is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at FOAMit since June 2024, Kristi previously held the same title at Nuvar, Inc. from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Kristi was the Human Resources Operations Manager at SunMed for seven years and gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Assistant at A&K Finishing Inc. for nearly 15 years. Kristi's expertise encompasses new hire orientations, recruitment, personnel record maintenance, benefits management, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with unemployment and COBRA regulations. Kristi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University between 1995 and 1999.
