Krutin Desai

Krutin Desai is a Senior Design and Development Engineer at Focal Point, LLC, since January 2015, serving as the Technical Lead for New Ventures focused on strategic product development, product innovation, front-end design engineering, and product system architecture. Prior to this, Krutin held the position of Product Architect at Eaton from November 2012 to December 2014, overseeing full ownership of new product development for recessed LED lighting under Cooper Lighting's IRiS brand. Krutin's earlier experience includes roles as a Design Engineer in the Advanced Lighting Solutions Group at Philips and as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Automotive Sensors Group at Sensata Technologies. Additionally, Krutin served as a Design Engineer at EyeSpyZ, LLC. Krutin Desai earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2009.
