Matt Bettis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt began their career at CGI Group Inc., where they served as a Consultant, providing technical support and developing programming solutions for financial software. Matt then joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Business Technology Analyst, leading the development of an application suite for the Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte, where they developed a financial management system for the Department of Defense.
Matt later transitioned to Bandwidth.com, where they worked as a Product Strategy Intern, developing an online marketing strategy and generating requirements for evaluating key performance indicators. Matt then joined Delta Air Lines as a Marketing Associate and Senior Marketing Associate, responsible for analysis, reporting, and strategic expansion of various programs.
Subsequently, Matt held roles at AT&T as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Lead Product Development Manager, and Lead Marketing Manager. Matt led innovation sessions, coordinated go-to-market strategies, and managed the roll-out of customer benefits.
Matt's most recent positions include Director of Loyalty at Inspire Brands, where they led the team responsible for the Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' Rewards loyalty program, and Director of Marketing at ResMed. At ResMed, they led the marketing strategy team for the Brightree suite of software and service offerings, driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns.
Most recently, Matt has joined Focus Brands LLC as a Senior Director of Customer Engagement.
Matt Bettis completed their undergraduate studies at Duke University from 2000 to 2004, earning a BSE degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Matt later pursued further education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained an MBA in General Management between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Matt has obtained various certifications, including the Google Ads Display Certification in August 2023, and the Agile Technical Project and Program Management Certification from AT&T in 2017.
