Marin Babb

Marin Babb currently serves as Vice President of Business Affairs at Focus Features since June 2022, having previously held the position of Vice President of Legal Affairs at Universal Pictures from May 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included financing, distribution, and rights acquisition for motion pictures. Prior to this, Marin Babb worked at Loeb & Loeb LLP from February 2013 to May 2015, focusing on entertainment law, including rights acquisition and talent engagement. Early career experience includes a role as Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from November 2010 to February 2013, specializing in entertainment, M&A, and corporate governance. Marin Babb earned a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Cinema/Television and English from the University of Southern California.
