Grayson DeMarco

Grayson is part of the M&A and business development team at Focus, with an emphasis on identifying new partner firms and merger candidates located in the United States.

Prior to joining Focus, Grayson worked as a Summer Analyst at Dynasty Financial Partners at their headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. He spent his time on the M&A and Capital Strategies team, aiding inorganic growth forecasts for the firm’s network partners.

Grayson graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Philosophy.
