Ben Dickson

Ben Dickson, CEM, currently serves as the Director of Performance Management at Focus on Energy since October 2011, where responsibilities include leading business intelligence, database management, and performance reporting for a portfolio that involves 12 subcontractors and a $100 million annual budget. Prior to this role, Ben held a position as Director for WPS Stipulation, successfully designing and approving energy-saving programs for over 500,000 customers in Wisconsin, overseeing a two-year, $18 million implementation. Earlier experience includes serving as the Energy Services Coordinator at WPPI Energy, managing a $1 million annual budget for customer-incentive programs, and as an Electrical Engineer at SEAL Graphics, facilitating cost reductions in electrical components. Ben earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
