Steve Dierckes

Steve Dierckes, CSM, CLSS, currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer and CFO at INspire Business Experts since May 2017, where the focus is on assisting entrepreneurial organizations with financial challenges. Additionally, Steve is a Principal at FocusCFO® since June 2022, providing fractional CFO support to small and medium-sized businesses. Steve also co-founded the Indiana Consultants & Advocates Network (ICAN) in March 2019, which supports local businesses through a network of experienced consultants. Previous roles include Chief Problem Solver and CFO/COO at Surgirevolar, LLC, and Director of Finance at Specialized Medical Services. Steve's career also includes key positions in various companies, contributing significantly to financial management and strategic operations. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
