Sinclair Vass

Sinclair Vass is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international sales, business development, and strategic leadership across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Corporate SVP of International Sales and Business Development at Focuslight Technologies, Sinclair oversees commercial activities outside of mainland China and engages in global business development and mergers & acquisitions. As the Founder and President of Real World Mentor LLC, Sinclair delivers fractional CXO services and leadership coaching to emerging companies. Previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Velodyne Lidar, where Sinclair developed growth strategies for key markets, and various leadership positions at Viavi Solutions and other organizations, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service in optical and telecommunications industries. Academic qualifications include an MBA and additional business certifications from the University of California, Berkeley.
