Alena Reva

Alena Reva is an experienced HR leader currently serving as VP of Total Rewards & People Operations at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alena was the Sr. Director of People Operations at XL Fleet, where strategic HR operations were optimized during significant M&A activities. Alena's extensive background includes serving as Vice President at Kaspersky, managing comprehensive HR functions across the Americas and Europe, and leading the digital transformation of people operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Ferronordic Machines, Société Générale, The HEINEKEN Company, and ANCOR, showcasing Alena's expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR management in diverse environments. Alena holds a Master’s Degree in International Industrial Management and Communications from Baltic State Technical University and completed a non-credit course on Managing the Organization at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
