Karin Pagano

Karin Pagano has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked at Fokus since February 1996 in various roles such as Regisseur in-, door- en uitstroom cliënten, Manager ADL-assistentie, and Consultant on ergonomic and emotional labor conditions. Karin has been instrumental in advising project managers on improving both physical and emotional working conditions, as well as addressing complex situations in assistance provision. Prior to Fokus, Karin served as Locatiemanager and ADL-assistent at Thuiszorg 'West Brabant' and worked as a Docent Zwangerschapseducatie and Fysiotherapeut at Amphia Ziekenhuis. Karin holds a degree in Mediator from Mediationgilde and has pursued additional education in various fields related to healthcare and ergonomics, complemented by a foundational education in Physiotherapy from the Academie voor Fysiotherapie.
