Andarla Hodge is a seasoned recruiting professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Recruiting at Foley Hoag LLP since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Recruiting Manager at HighFive Partners, where Andarla collaborated with executives and HR to build high-performing teams, and as Senior Associate at Isaacson, Miller, engaged in all aspects of executive search for leadership roles in the civic sector. Earlier experience includes positions at Harvard Law School in J.D. Admissions, and as Manager of Alumni Affairs for Teach For America. Andarla began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher in Colorado Springs and holds a Master of Education degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education, alongside Bachelor degrees in Arts and Fine Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder.
