Marc Graboyes is a seasoned attorney and executive specializing in the life sciences, technology, and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP, Marc has a substantial track record, including roles as Of Counsel at Sage Law Group LLC, Board Advisor at Rythera Therapeutics, and Managing Member at Peak to Peak Advisory LLC. Marc's leadership experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel of Next Frontier Holdings, where significant capital was raised and multiple acquisitions were completed. As co-founder and CEO of Next Frontier Biosciences, Marc focused on pharmaceutical-grade cannabinoid products. With early career experience at Allos Therapeutics and several esteemed law firms, Marc has consistently represented emerging growth companies and investors, employing expertise in corporate finance and strategic planning.
