Noah C. Shaw

Noah C. Shaw is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Energy & Climate Practice at Foley Hoag LLP, a position held since March 2021. In addition to this role, Noah is an active Board Member for the Adirondack North Country Association and the Adirondack Council, as well as a Board Member of the League of Conservation Voters - Capital District Chapter until June 2024. Prior to joining Foley Hoag LLP, Noah was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Renewable Energy Practice at Hodgson Russ LLP and served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board for NYSERDA, where essential legal and strategic counsel was provided on various renewable energy initiatives. Noah's previous experience includes a position as Senior Advisor to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy, where significant public and political matters were handled. Early legal career contributions include serving as a Senior Associate at Mintz Levin and working as a Staff Attorney for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights.
