Tony Giannotti

Tony Giannotti, M.Ed, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a DEI Specialist at Foley Hoag LLP, where responsibilities include the development of a year-long strategic plan for Affinity Groups and organizing an Affinity Group Leadership Retreat. Previously, Tony worked at Seramount, advising leaders in diverse industries, including significant portions of the Fortune 500 and Fortune 100, and conducting research to prepare impactful advisory content. Earlier experience also includes roles as a Research Analyst at EAB, where research studies were executed for higher education, a Graduate Assistant focused on mentoring and inclusion at Clemson University, and internships at Furman University and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School that involved fundraising strategies and academic advising, respectively. Tony holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
