Jeremie Pelet is an experienced nutrition and dietary professional currently serving as Chargé de projet au pôle Alimentation - Nutrition at Fondation OVE since September 2021, working to ensure the nutritional health and food autonomy of those supported by the organization. Previously, Jeremie held the role of Assistant chargée de pôle alimentation - nutrition, contributing to dietary prevention actions and developing a network of food professionals. Jeremie began involvement with Fondation OVE as a bénévole, conducting workshops on nutrition and facilitating access to dietary care for individuals with disabilities. Additional experience includes roles as a diététicien at several healthcare facilities, supporting patients in implementing nutritional programs and tailoring menus to specific dietary needs. Jeremie holds a BTS in Diététique from ADONIS and a DUT in techniques de commercialisation from IUT Valence.
