Ilias El Houari

Ilias El Houari is a highly experienced professional in the field of biochemistry and biotechnology, currently serving as a Bluebook Trainee - Policy Analyst at the European Commission within the Directorate-General for Research & Innovation. While contributing to the interim evaluation of Horizon Europe, Ilias also holds a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek - Vlaanderen. Previous roles include CAR-T Operations Expert at Legend Biotech, Postdoctoral Research Associate at Northeastern University, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Whitehead Institute, supported by a BAEF fellowship.
