Jarne Verhaeghe

Jarne Verhaeghe is an FWO Ph.D. Researcher at Research Foundation Flanders, with a focus on developing Hybrid and Causal Machine Learning applications in healthcare, specifically within the ICU. Prior to this role, Jarne was a Ph.D. Student Researcher at Ghent University, contributing to similar projects. Jarne has experience as a Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science Tutor at BijlesHuis and served as Vice President at CenEka vzw, where responsibilities included internal representation and marketing. Additionally, Jarne has tutored mathematics independently. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering, both from Ghent University.
