Chloe Digby

Chloe Digby is a seasoned professional in the field of remuneration and global mobility, currently serving as the Director of Reward & Global Mobility at Fonterra since March 2022. Prior to this role, Chloe held various leadership positions at Fletcher Building, including GM Remuneration and Acting GM Remuneration, from January 2014 to March 2022. At Spark New Zealand, Chloe worked as a Remuneration Consultant and a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst between August 2008 and December 2013. Earlier career experience includes roles at HSBC Private Banking as an HR Officer and at Goldman Sachs as an Equities and Fixed Income Compliance Analyst. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Management with a focus on Human Resources and Tourism from The University of Waikato, completed in 1998.
