Toby Granwal

Toby Granwal is the Chief Information Officer at Fonterra, a role held since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing stable and secure technology platforms while transforming enterprise technology and processes. Prior to this, Toby served as Chief Technology Officer at Fonterra after transitioning from EY, where roles included Partner and Director in IT Advisory, focusing on technology-enabled change and enterprise solutions like SAP. Earlier in the career, Toby was Head of Business Readiness for British American Tobacco’s successful £1 billion global transformation programme and held various marketing and management positions within the same company. Toby Granwal holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from The University of Auckland.
