Management and Coordination Team

The Management and Coordination Team at the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts is responsible for overseeing and aligning the organization's operations, community partnerships, and advocacy efforts. Team members focus on building and maintaining relationships with partner agencies, coordinating public engagement and fundraising initiatives, managing communication strategies, securing grants, and advocating for policies that support food security. Together, they ensure the effective distribution of food and resources to the community while working towards systemic change to end hunger.
