Samuel Welsch Sveen

Samuel Welsch Sveen has diverse experience in content creation, facilities management, entrepreneurship, and editorial roles. Currently, as a Content Creator for Food Fight Restaurant Group since October 2021, Samuel captures food photography and fosters relationships within the culinary team. Previously, as Facilities Manager at Dimension Mill from January 2019 to December 2020, Samuel oversaw building maintenance and programming logistics while implementing COVID upgrades. Samuel founded Uel Zing Coffee in 2013, growing it from a mobile cart to a regional business with a café and market presence. Earlier, as Editor In Chief at Art Observed from December 2010 to June 2012, Samuel reported on contemporary art events, contributing to the publication’s daily online content. Samuel's career began with a role as a Barista at Gimme! Coffee from June 2010 to December 2011. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University and a study abroad semester at the University of Cape Town.
