Laurie Benner

Laurie Benner is an experienced Post Production Story Producer with a strong background in producing and editing for various food and entertainment shows. Currently employed at Food Network since June 2016, Laurie has worked on notable series including "Chopped", "Chopped Sweets", "Chopped Junior", and "Worst Cooks in America". Additional roles include Story Producer for the History Channel's "The Food that Built America" and "The Fast History Of", as well as production positions at HGTV, Quibi, OWN, and National Geographic Channel. With a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from Marist College, Laurie possesses extensive expertise in storytelling, research of culinary cultures, and managing production logistics.
