The Support and Coordination Team at Food Rescue US ensures the seamless operation of our direct-transfer platform by assisting volunteers and coordinating food rescues. Product Support Representatives provide technical and operational assistance to users of our platform, while local site coordinators (such as the Boston Site Coordinator and Greenwich Liaison) manage and oversee food rescue activities in their respective regions. The National Site Manager supervises and supports all site coordinators, ensuring standardized processes and effective communication across all locations.
