Amy Walters Sletten

Amy Walters Sletten serves as the Senior Director of Product & Agile Enablement at Foot Locker since November 2023, following a significant tenure at U.S. Bank where Amy held the title of Product & Agile Leader for Digital Platforms and was Vice President of the Transformation Office & Experience Studios. At U.S. Bank, accomplishments included defining over 100 technology products and eliminating redundancies through seven digital platforms, which achieved cost savings and improved efficiency. Amy has also contributed to the field as a co-author and speaker for multiple publications and events regarding Agile transformation and product management. Previous roles at Target included Enterprise Agile & Product Coach, where Amy was instrumental in fostering Agile practices and modernizing application deployment strategies. Amy's educational background includes a Master's degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University.
