Huw Cox

Huw Cox is an experienced sports analyst with a background in football, Australian rules football, and performance analysis. Currently serving as a Team Analyst for the Olyroos and a Talent ID Analyst at Football Australia since January 2021, Huw specializes in setting up technology for VAR replays and troubleshooting equipment in high-pressure environments. Previous roles include coaching and analysis positions at Sydney FC, where Huw focused on player monitoring and facilitated training sessions for youth athletes. Huw's expertise extends to performance analysis within the Sydney Swans Ltd, where technology was integrated into match day operations. Huw also gained experience as a camera operator and performance analyst intern with TOPPA, and has an academic foundation in sports and exercise science from the University of Technology Sydney and a graduate certificate in data analytics from Deakin University.
