Wally Anderson

Wally Anderson has extensive experience in leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and team development across various organizations since 2001. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Workshop Facilitator at WPA Consulting since 2005, Wally also contributes to Santa Clara University and Foothill-De Anza Community College District, focusing on conflict resolution and mediation. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Instructor at Kaiser Permanente and leadership consulting positions at multiple hospitals and educational institutions. Wally holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of the Pacific.
