Norma Croy

Norma Croy, MA, LPC, is a seasoned mental health professional specializing in EMDR and trauma-informed counseling, currently serving as a Primary Therapist at Footprints to Recovery since November 2021. Croy has previously worked as an EMDR-trained Therapist in Private Practice at Northwest Community Counseling Services and as a Crisis Counselor for Project Impact with Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. With a background in job search coaching at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., and experience in leadership coaching and program facilitation through Landmark Education, Croy also holds advanced degrees in Counseling Psychology and Political Science.
