Charlene Brown

Charlene Brown is a seasoned professional in the field of people intelligence and employment law, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Howlett Brown since July 2019. In this role, Charlene leads initiatives focused on employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting. Additionally, Charlene is an active member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, sharing expertise on employment law and workplace culture, and serves as Chair of both The Ivors Academy Ethics Committee and the Jukebox Collective Board. Past experience includes strategic employment law advisory roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and BNY Mellon, as well as regulatory work at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Westminster and a legal practice course degree from the College of Law Moorgate.
