Karan Rai

Karan Rai is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in building and scaling software products. As the Founder of Launch Ventures since March 2020, Karan has focused on leveraging business and engineering expertise to accelerate technology-enabled initiatives. Additional roles include membership in the Forbes Technology Council and investment in Serelay, an award-winning startup addressing disinformation. Karan co-founded Red Panda Innovation Labs in April 2011, driving the creation of high-quality software through agile methodologies. Previous positions include Chief Product & Technology Officer at Ennoventure Inc., Chief Technology Officer at Alpha Coach, and Technical Specialist at Interactive Pharma Solutions. Karan's career also features significant contributions at KOKO Networks, where new business lines and software products were developed, and experience in financial analysis at Societe Generale. Karan holds an MBA in Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
