Thushera Kawdawatta

Thushera Kawdawatta serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Axiata Digital Labs and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council. In addition, Thushera is part of the Advisory Board of the SLASSCOM Technology Forum and serves on the Academic Committee for the Bachelor of Information Technology at the University of Moratuwa. Thushera is also a board member of the academic committee at the National Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka. Academically, Thushera completed a Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School and is pursuing a Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development, also in Organizational Leadership, from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
