Wai Wong

Wai Wong is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies in the software and IT service management sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Serviceaide, Inc. since June 2016, Wai Wong has spearheaded the development of LUMA, an AI-driven Virtual Service Agent, alongside a suite of Cloud and on-Premise Service Management products. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of WGSigma Systems, Inc., and SUMMUS Software, where Wai focused on Big Data applications and IT management solutions, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as EVP and Chief Product Officer at BEA Systems, and Senior Vice President at Computer Associates. Educational qualifications include a BS and MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
