Akash Maheshwari

Akash Maheshwari is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and product management. Currently serving as a Product Manager for BlueCruise at Ford Motor Company since November 2022, Maheshwari oversees deployments in North America, Europe, and China. Prior to Ford, Maheshwari spent a decade at Continental in various roles, including Market Intelligence and Roadmap Manager, where responsibilities involved understanding customer needs and aligning products with market demands. Additional roles at Continental included Customer Chief Engineer, Team Leader for Cruising and Maneuvering Functions, and Team Leader for Radar Algorithm Development, where Maheshwari contributed significantly to product development and customer relations. Maheshwari began the career as an Electrical Engineer at CAMotion, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
