Esi Wurapa-Romain

Esi Wurapa-Romain, C.P.M, boasts extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Lead at Ford Motor Company since October 2007, Esi oversees sourcing activities for shock absorbers and drives cost efficiency across the supply base. Previous roles at Ford include Global Operations Coordinator for Electronics and Lead Buyer for Business Software & Support. Esi’s earlier experience at Visteon Corporation as an Interiors Purchasing Specialist and MRO Purchasing Specialist further strengthened expertise in commodity buying and corporate leasing. Esi began the professional journey as an Environmental Engineer at Ford, ensuring compliance within a large manufacturing facility. Esi holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Miami University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wells College.
