Heather Yest

Heather Yest is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automotive purchasing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Battery Pack Component Manager at Ford Motor Company since October 2012, Yest oversees a significant annual spend of $655 million while managing a team responsible for sourcing and managing 12 battery pack commodities across 38 supplier sites. Previous roles within Ford include Global Purchasing Operations Coordinator for Electrified Systems and Global Commodity Lead for Driveshafts and Restraints, managing annual spends of $465 million and $268 million, respectively. Prior to Ford, Yest held the position of Buyer Supervisor at Eberspaecher North America, managing a group annual spend of $385 million, and began a career as a Buyer at Nissan North America, responsible for an annual spend of $100 million. Education includes an MBA in Business Management from Regis University and a BSBA in Business Management from Wayne State University.
