Nicolas Bel is a seasoned professional currently serving as Staff Technical Program Manager at Ford Motor Company since October 2024. Previously, Nicolas held the role of Sr. Thermal Engineering Manager at Faraday Future from May 2016 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing a global team for the development of various thermal systems and overseeing the design, release, and validation of thermal components for powertrain and battery cooling subsystems. As the Founder and Strategy Lead of BeAir Learning, Nicolas is digitalizing aeronautics courses and has conducted market research to define a go-to-market strategy. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding NERDS Automotive, which focuses on enhancing driver visibility through innovative display systems. Nicolas's engineering journey began with internships at Hainan Airlines, Alpine, and Schneider Electric, complemented by advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Product Development Engineering from prestigious institutions.
