Sam James

Sam James has extensive experience in the automotive and electronics industries, currently serving as a Supplier Technical Assistant at Ford Motor Company since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing suppliers of Ford Powertrain components using Ford's Quality Operating System (QOS). Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Senior Quality and Reliability Manager at Johnson Electric for a brief period in 2012 and as a Supply Base Engineer at Apple from June 2010 to June 2012, where duties involved on-site engineering at suppliers in China. Sam's career in quality management began at Delphi, spanning over three decades from October 1978 to December 2009, focusing on quality improvement in various roles.
