Emre Balta

Emre Balta has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Ford Trucks Quality Leader at Ford Otosan since March 2012. Balta has held various significant roles within the company, including Product Owner for Ford Trucks Combined Programs Launch, Chapter Leader for PD/HCV MIM Body&Chassis, PVT Chassis Supervisor, Physical Prototype Senior Engineer, and Physical Prototype Engineer. Prior to Ford Otosan, Balta worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at AS Metal Makine in 2011 and completed an internship at Turkish Technic in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Koç University, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul University, and an MBA in Business and Management from Anadolu University.
