Gülçin Haktanır

Gülçin Haktanır is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various leading companies. Currently serving as Talent Policies Product Owner at Ford Otosan since March 2023, Gülçin previously held the position of Business HR Manager at AbbVie and Talent & Organization Development Manager at Sabanci Holding, where significant contributions were made towards HR strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Gülçin has also worked with A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Human Resources Business Partner, driving HR transformation in multiple countries, and has held key roles at Garanti Teknoloji, GE Türkiye, GE Healthcare, and British Council, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.
