Brian F. Clayton

Brian F. Clayton is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, teaching courses on Privacy and Cybersecurity since March 2024. Concurrently, Brian holds the position of Associate General Counsel and Chief Data Privacy Officer at Omnicom, beginning in May 2022. Previously, Brian worked at Conduent from September 2002 to May 2022, where roles included Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer, managing a legal team and advising executives on corporate legal matters. Brian's earlier experience includes positions at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. as a Law Clerk and Law Librarian, and as a Regional Manager at Wentworth Property Management. Brian F. Clayton earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
