Damian Lyons

Damian Lyons is a Professor of Computer Science at Fordham University, where involvement spans from July 2002 to the present, including roles as Director of the Robotics & Computer Vision Lab, Interim Department Chair, Interim Chief Research Officer, and Associate VP of Academic Affairs. Previously, Damian served as Department Chair at Fordham University from July 2006 to June 2011 and held the position of Department Head at Philips Research from August 1986 to July 2002. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and multiple degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. Early education was completed at Moyle Park College Clondalkin.
