Jedd Applebaum

Jedd Applebaum possesses extensive experience in facilities operations and engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer and Associate Director of Facilities Operations at Fordham University since September 1999. In this role, Jedd oversees HVAC services for the Rose Hill Campus, managing one high-pressure boiler power plant, two low-pressure boiler power plants, ten chiller plants, and a total of 34 buildings. Previously, Jedd held the position of Associate Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer at 135 East 57th Street LLC from October 1997 to September 1999, and served as Property Manager and Chief Engineer at the Park Central Hotel from January 1995 to October 1997. Jedd's educational background includes studies at Empire State College and the School for Environmental Control.
