Cesar Garcia is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the culinary arts field. Currently serving as a Culinary Operations Instructor at Forefront Culinary & Support Services since January 2022, Cesar focuses on enhancing client satisfaction through effective dining service management. Previously, Cesar held the position of Culinary Arts Department Director at Five Star Quality Care and a private company, as well as Culinary Department Director at Foundation Hospital, where innovative dining concepts were developed, including a “Room Service” style service for patients. With a strong background as Executive Chef at HealthSouth and Assistant Manager of Dining Services Administration at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Cesar has consistently improved service delivery and operational efficiency.
