Andras Toth-Czifra currently serves as an Eurasia Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, focusing on Russia's domestic politics and political economy since January 2023. Previously, Toth-Czifra held various roles at Flashpoint between April 2019 and June 2023, including Senior Analyst and Analyst positions in European Cybercrime and Tactical Monitoring. Additional experience includes serving as a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis in 2022, Analyst at the European Stability Initiative from 2015 to 2018, and as a Political Analyst for freelance projects from 2010 to 2018, where work included political risk analysis. Toth-Czifra has also contributed to Wikistrat as a Contributing Analyst and Supervisor from 2013 to 2017, and advised on policy at the European Parliament from 2009 to 2013, focusing on EU relations and policies. Early analytical experience includes work at Vision Politics from 2007 to 2009, alongside formal education with an MA in Political Science and Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, and language studies in Chinese.
