Molly Thompson

Molly Thompson currently serves as the Talent & People Lead at Forerunner, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Molly worked as an Engineering Recruiter at PartnerHero and held various recruiting roles at Gray Scalable between November 2020 and July 2023, culminating in a Senior Technical Recruiter position. Molly has also contributed as an Engineering Recruiter for several companies, including Assured and Poll Everywhere, through Gray Scalable. An alumna of James Madison University, Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Writing in 2014.
