Jenny Cole

Jenny Cole currently holds the position of Head of Retail Investor Relations at Foresight Group since November 2023. Previously, Jenny served as Customer Experience Manager at Planday from September 2022 to November 2023 and held multiple roles at Community Fibre Limited between September 2017 and August 2022, ultimately as Head of Customer Experience. Prior experience includes positions at Vodafone as a Performance Improvement Specialist and other roles focused on customer experience and sales. Jenny began their career at National Instruments UK & Ireland as a Hardware and Software Services Coordinator, following a brief stint as a Customer Service Representative at Jaguar UK. Educationally, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and English Language from The University of Edinburgh and studied Linguistics at Aix-Marseille University.
