Ericka Iniguez

Ericka Iniguez is an experienced recruitment specialist currently working at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries since August 2022. Previously, Ericka served as the lead recruiter at Living Well Home Care from November 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included the comprehensive recruitment cycle and diversifying candidate pipelines. Ericka's background in communications includes a role as associate director at Whittier College, overseeing internal and external communications, and achieving media coverage, including an exclusive feature in the Los Angeles Times. With a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Ericka worked as senior programs and outreach manager at The LAGRANT Foundation, collaborating with HR and talent acquisition teams in various sectors.
