Hayley Griffiths

Hayley Griffiths is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Forever 21 since September 2018, Hayley oversees a team of over 60 employees, including 9 managers, with an impressive turnover of 5 million. Prior to this role, Hayley was with H&M from April 2013 to March 2017, where notable achievements included opening a new flagship store and managing a team of 220 as an assistant store manager. Hayley's tenure at H&M began in September 2003, progressing through various positions including Store Manager, Floor Manager, and Admin Manager. Early career experience includes roles as a Lifeguard and Recreation Assistant at Sandwell Council from July 2001 to September 2004.
