David M. Karian

David M. Karian is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in litigation financial analysis and auditing. Currently serving as a Litigation Financial Analyst at FSA since February 2016, David previously held the position of Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP for 14 years, where responsibilities included leading financial statement audits, conducting internal control assessments, and preparing corrective action plans. Prior to that role, David worked as a Staff Accountant III at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, managing investment reconciliations and financial reporting, and began a career at PwC as a Staff Accountant, auditing government agency financial statements.
