Ashley Shay

Ashley Shay is currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Forge Biologics since March 2022, after previously holding the position of Regulatory Affairs Intern at the same company. Ashley has a robust background in research and quality assurance, including a role as a Research Assistant III at Case Western Reserve University's National Center for Regenerative Medicine and Comprehensive Cancer Center from January 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes leading a Quality Assurance Sensory Lab at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and serving as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Food Safety Net Services. Additional roles include Processing Technician at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. and Molecular Genetics Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Regenerative Medicine & Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University. An Honors Diploma was awarded from Oak Harbor High School in 2012.
